8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAGLAND SOFTWARE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CLIENT FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAGLAND SOFTWARE LLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website or services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
